Reservation Policies

 

Our team at the Olympic Inn & Suites wants you to feel comfortable and know you are making the right decision before you book a stay with us. Our hotel policy below will offer you the insight you need before booking, including our cancellation policy and various other terms and conditions. We invite you to book online direct for the best rates, and look forward to welcoming you to Aberdeen, WA soon!

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

 

Guests are invited to check in after 3pm and check out time is 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must be eighteen (18) years or over to check into a guestroom.

 

48-hour Cancellation Policy:

 

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 3:00pm two days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations/modifications

within 48 hours will result in cancellations fees of 100% of room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged the 100% of room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being cancelled.

 

Credit Cards:

 

Reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. All CC's will be pre-authorized/charged UP TO 48 Hrs prior to your arrival date. Credit cards that are declined will be result in the reservation being cancelled.  A Credit Card holder must be present at the time of check in. 

 

Pet Policies:

 

Pets are allowed in our PET FRIENDLY rooms only. We recommend you call Hotel directly to book a PET Friendly Room. We do not offer Pet rooms on any Online Travel Agency (ie: expedia.com, hotels.com, booking.com, and etc).

  • Pets weighing less than 30 pounds are welcome in our Pet Friendly Room Only.

  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.

  • A non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay.

  • No animals allowed in pool area at any times.

  • Pets must be on leash at all times. 

  • I understand that pets are not to be left unattended in room, for any amount of time. A fee of $150 will be charged to guests for each pet left unattended in room. Pets left unattended will be subject to removal. All costs incurred for kenneling pets will be the responsibility of pet owner/guest.

  • Pet fee is $15 per pet, per night.  

  • A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of pets in NON-PET rooms.
